Sixty Days
60 days on NS and I've lost 28.5lbs!!!
That breaks down to
0.0198 pounds an hour;
0.475 pounds a day;
3.35 pounds a week; or
14.25 pounds a month!!!
I really don't care how it breaks down, just so long as it keeps coming off!!!
